Job Description:

  • Handle testing proposals in terms of estimation and planning
  • Allocate and plan testing resources to ensure maximum utilization
  • Manage and support testing teams across projects/engagements on daily basis.
  • Coach and support team members in technical issues and problems
  • Ensure quality activities are meet and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Identify technical risks to pinpoint quality problems and ensure continuous improvement
  • Measure testing performance and help the organization introduce tools to deliver quality systems
  • Work with clients to develop and manage testing projects frameworks
  • Work with the support team to get customers feedback and define suggestions for improvement
  • Identify the team training plans to ensure their growth and skill development
  • Ensure team motivation to achieve required tasks on time and within the company standard quality levels
  • Establish and support testing specialization initiatives (Security, performance and automation testing)

Key Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Hands on testing experience in various business domains
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Team work, problem solving and leadership skills are required
