Handle testing proposals in terms of estimation and planning
Allocate and plan testing resources to ensure maximum utilization
Manage and support testing teams across projects/engagements on daily basis.
Coach and support team members in technical issues and problems
Ensure quality activities are meet and exceed customers’ expectations
Identify technical risks to pinpoint quality problems and ensure continuous improvement
Measure testing performance and help the organization introduce tools to deliver quality systems
Work with clients to develop and manage testing projects frameworks
Work with the support team to get customers feedback and define suggestions for improvement
Identify the team training plans to ensure their growth and skill development
Ensure team motivation to achieve required tasks on time and within the company standard quality levels
Establish and support testing specialization initiatives (Security, performance and automation testing)
Key Technical Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Hands on testing experience in various business domains
Excellent command of English
Excellent analytical skills
Team work, problem solving and leadership skills are required
