Role Purpose:

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution and tracking for specific projects which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine the objectives and KPIs which the project will be evaluated at its completion
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budge
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Create a detailed work plan with timelines which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Assure project compliance with all quality standards and processes
  • Constantly monitor and report the project progress to all stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage project’s risk assessment sheets and issues’ list
  • Implement and manage project change requests to achieve project successful delivery
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors (supplier management)
  • Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
  • Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
  • Review all project financial records and invoices


  • 7+ years’ experience at least 2 years in project management
  • Degree in computer science or communication or mechatronics
  • Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management
  • Proficiency in: word documents processing, Database management, spreadsheets
  • Understand ethical behavior and business practices
