Job Description:

  • Develop new customized modules (Using Python Code)
  • Maintain and customize Odoo addons.
  • Implementing new features.
  • Create and customize reports.
  • Create new functional business modules.
  • Create new Odoo themes.
  • Integrate Odoo with other web applications.
  • Setup, maintain and monitor Odoo servers.
  • Participates in the design, coding, and testing Odoo modules.
  • Assist with ERP implementation and upgrades.
  • Write SQL Queries.

Key Requirements:

  • Good English (written & spoken).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Fast learning.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • A bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ experience in OpenERP/Odoo programming field.
  • Strong knowledge of Python
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database
  • Experience in Odoo architecture and MVC
  • Linux experience (preferably Ubuntu)
  • General Web technologies awareness.
  • Essential use of document & flowchart design applications.
  • Version Control Systems
  • Experience in using JavaScript and framework (JQuery) (plus)
  • Good knowledge on web technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS3, XML/XPath and Qweb
  • Previous work experience in the same field is preferred
  • SCRUM and agile software development familiarity.
  • Functional Knowledge of Odoo around POS, CRM, MRP, Project, HR, Sales, Accounting modules and Business background (plus)
  • AWS experience and cloud concepts (plus)
  • Docker experience (plus)
